If we believe you could be a good fit, we will invite you for an interview. Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a cognitive-behavioral test beforehand.
When the test and/or the first interview is positive, and there is mutual interest, a second interview will follow. Depending on the role, this may include a (home) assignment.
A third interview may be part of the process for some positions.
You don’t have to prepare anything specific for the test, but make sure you set aside enough time and can fully concentrate during it.
The purpose is to understand your level and see if it matches our standards.
We operate 24/7, which means it is not possible to take part in a shift.
Each trading shift lasts 7 hours, with four shifts per day. Three shifts are based in Leiden, and one (the European night shift) is covered from Vancouver.
As part of the schedule, you may occasionally work evening shifts, and everyone is assigned two weekend shifts per month. This allows us to operate 24/7.
